MAXXIS N Vision Smart Tire Wins Gold at the 2025 European A’ Design Award

MAXXIS Achieves Another Milestone! The R&D team has developed the N Vision concept smart tire, which recently won the prestigious Gold Prize at the 2025 European A’ Design Award. This recognition highlights the brand’s forward-thinking vision and innovative strength in smart technology and sustainable design.

The N Vision concept smart tire features three core capabilities: predictability, adaptability, and regenerability. Specifically designed for autonomous vehicles, it can automatically adjust its preload based on varying road conditions and vehicle loads, delivering optimal driving stability and ride comfor 

Developed by the MAXXIS R&D team through years of research and innovative design, the N Vision concept smart tire integrates breakthroughs in material science, sensing technology, data analytics, and sustainable design. It utilizes renewable materials such as rice husks, bio-based rubber, and recycled fishing nets, effectively promoting circular economy and low-carbon mobility.

The A’ Design Award is a globally recognized design competition organized in Italy, aimed at celebrating innovation and excellence in design. It attracts designers from around the world across various disciplines, making the competition highly competitive. Standing out among numerous entries, N Vision was awarded for its intelligent structure and eco-friendly concept.

This award follows previous honors for the T Razr concept tire (2020), the Maxxventure MT motorcycle tire (2023), and the VSEV electric vehicle tire (2024), marking yet another international design achievement for MAXXIS. Winning the A’ Design Award Gold Prize further strengthens the brand’s influence in the global smart mobility industry.
