Dividend Distribution Information for Fiscal Year 2025
1.On 03/12/2025, the Board of Directors approved the earnings distribution plan for the fiscal year 2025, which includes a cash dividend of NT$2.4 per share. The ex-dividend trading date is 06/12/2025, the ex-dividend record date is 06/20/2025, and the book closure period is from 06/16/2025 to 06/20/2025.
2.The cash dividend payment date is scheduled for 07/17/2025 (Thursday). Dividends will be paid in whole New Taiwan dollars (amounts less than NT$1 will be disregarded). Payments will be made via bank transfer or check, and any associated remittance or mailing fees will be deducted from the dividend amount.
